How to Request Access to CMS or Admin Portal

Goal

Help you get the correct access quickly and securely.

 

When to Use This

  • You need access to CMS or admin panel

  • You want to add a new user

  • You need to update permissions

 

Steps

1. Go to the Support Form

Submit your request through: https://support.wtm.llc/submit-ticket

Select Server & Access as the department.

 

2. Specify the System

Clearly mention what you need access to.

Examples:

  • Website CMS

  • Admin dashboard

  • Hosting panel

 

3. Provide User Details

Include:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Role (if known)

 

4. Define the Access Level

Explain what the user should be able to do.

Examples:

  • View only

  • Edit content

  • Full admin access

 

5. Submit the Ticket

After submitting, the user will receive access details by email once the request is completed.

 

Expected Outcome

Access will be created or updated based on your request.

 

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Not specifying which system access is needed

  • Missing user email or incorrect email

  • Not defining access level

  • Requesting access without approval (if required internally)
