How to Submit a Bug Ticket the Right Way

Goal

Help us understand and fix the issue as quickly as possible.

 

When to Use This

Use this when something is not working as expected on your website or application.

 

Before You Submit

Make sure to include:

  • The page link (URL)

  • A screenshot or screen recording of the issue

 

Steps

1. Go to the Support Form

Submit your request through: https://support.wtm.llc/submit-ticket

Select Quality Control as the department.

 

2. Fill in the Required Details

Complete the form with accurate information.

Include:

  • A clear title

  • Short description of the issue

  • Where it is happening (URL)

 

3. Describe the Issue

Keep it simple:

  • What is not working

  • What you expected to happen

  • What is happening instead

 

4. List the Steps

Explain how we can see the issue on our side.

Example:

  1. Open the login page

  2. Enter valid email and password

  3. Click login

  4. Page shows error

 

5. Attach Screenshot or Video

This helps us understand and fix the issue faster.

 

6. Submit the Ticket

After submitting:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • You can reply to the email or use your account to follow up

 

Expected Outcome

Our team will be able to reproduce the issue and start working on it immediately.

  • Submit one issue per ticket

  • Keep your description clear and direct
