Select Quality Control as the department.
Complete the form with accurate information.
Include:
A clear title
Short description of the issue
Where it is happening (URL)
Keep it simple:
What is not working
What you expected to happen
What is happening instead
Explain how we can see the issue on our side.
Example:
Open the login page
Enter valid email and password
Click login
Page shows error
This helps us understand and fix the issue faster.
After submitting:
You will receive a confirmation email
You can reply to the email or use your account to follow up
Our team will be able to reproduce the issue and start working on it immediately.
