- Urgency: Select the issue's urgency (Low, Medium, High, Critical).
- Subject: Provide a clear and concise title for the issue.

Provide Detailed Descriptions
- Issue Summary: Describe the problem briefly. Focus on the main issue. Example: "The login page shows a 404 error when attempting to log in with valid credentials."
- Steps to Reproduce: Outline the exact steps to recreate the issue. This helps us identify the root cause. Example:
