How to Request a Content Change

Goal

Help us apply your content updates quickly and accurately.

 

When to Use This

  • You want to update text

  • Replace or add images

  • Change links

  • Add or remove sections

 

Steps

1. Go to the Support Form

Submit your request through: https://support.wtm.llc/submit-ticket

Select Content Update as the department.

 

2. Provide the Page Link

Add the exact URL where the change is needed.

 

3. Send the Final Content

Make sure everything is ready to publish.

Include:

  • Final text (copy-paste, not screenshots)

  • Images or files

  • Links

 

4. Clearly Explain the Change

Be specific about what needs to be updated.

Examples:

  • “Replace the homepage banner with the attached image”

  • “Update the pricing section text as below”

  • “Change the contact email to info@domain.com”

 

5. Attach Files (if needed)

Upload images or documents directly in the ticket.

 

6. Submit the Ticket

After submitting, you will receive an email to track and reply to the request.

 

Expected Outcome

Your content will be updated exactly as requested without delays or clarification.

 

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Sending screenshots of text instead of editable text

  • Sending incomplete or draft content

  • Not specifying where the change should be applied

  • Sending multiple unrelated changes in one request
