What to Include

1. What do you need?

Write a short and clear description of your request.

Example: “Update homepage banner” or “Checkout page not working”

 

2. Where is the issue?

Add the page link (URL) or clearly mention where it is.

 

3. Add a screenshot (if possible)

This helps us understand the issue faster.

 

4. Extra details (if needed)

  • What device are you using (mobile or desktop)

  • What browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.)

  • Any steps to show the issue (for bugs)

 

5. For specific requests

  • Content updates: Send the final text, images, or links

  • Access requests: Mention what access you need

  • Bugs: Explain what’s not working and what you expected
