  • Server & Access: For access requests, backups, permissions, or infrastructure-related requests

 

3. Fill in the Required Details

Each department has a specific form. Provide all requested information carefully.

Make sure to include:

  • Page URL or affected area

  • Any required files (content, images, documents)

 

4. Submit the Ticket

Once submitted, your request will be routed to the relevant team.

 

5. Check Your Email (Important)

After submitting your ticket:
